Easy Steps To Manifesting Abundance NOW!

The formula for manifesting, which I go into more detail in my book,
"Manifest Change Now-How to see it, Get it, Keep it"
(http://www.minutestomanifesting.com/) requires some basic elements.

These are: sleep, healthy food, clean water, shelter, and a modicum of self-respect.

If you have these elements then you ARE NOT in survival mode. You are responsible for every thought you generate. So when you're thinking a thought about what you'd like to create, you're creating an electrical synapse. Add conscious intention to it and a healthy mind and body, and you've got a clear channel to creating.

Here's a great exercise to do at least once each day to get clear on what you're manifesting. In the middle of a piece of paper, write down, “I choose to...” Now finish the sentence with what you'd like to manifest.
Examples to get you going are: “I choose to have,” “I choose to be,” “I choose to develop,” “I choose to understand,” or “I choose to receive.” Find which works best for you and finish the sentence.

What is it that you choose? Make sure your elements are in place (sleep, healthy food, clean water, shelter, self-respect) and choose it NOW!
Now like a bicycle wheel, draw three lines, or spokes coming out of your sentence. What are three details you can do right now to set this creation into motion?

Its important when manifesting to understand that wisdom comes from knowing the order of things. Pick one thing for now. If you overload yourself, think about all the little thoughts that are shooting out into the universe, conscious and unconscious ones. It can get messy! So start with one thought.

Finally, it's very important to incorporate a little bit of silence each day. Without quiet time, you can continually output but if you're not there to receive the next idea, or answer, or insight, it'll take a longer time to achieve your goal.
